Liquid silicone rubber – LSR – is a highly promising material for the future. This is due to its outstanding material properties, which improve existing applications and make new ones possible. The two-component, addition curing (platinum-catalyzed) and pumpable ELASTOSIL® LR elastomers are shaped and vulcanized in an economical process of injection molding at high temperatures and very short cycle times. Injection molding enables complex part geometries with precise dimensions to be produced fully-automatically with no need for further processing. With our self-adhesive grades, you can produce multicomponent parts in a 2-component injection molding process – for example, hard/soft combinations or soft/soft combinations (color combinations or combinations of various hardness).

Delivery forms:
Liquid silicone rubbers are generally paste-like 2-component mixtures and delivered in ready-to-use form. We keep standard products of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series in stock in the form of 20 kg pails. We are therefore able to deliver small quantities quickly in response to your order without regard to the standard batch sizes. We also offer you pigment pastes of the ELASTOSIL® FL.
